Online Ordering FAQ

1 How to order?
- To add items to your cart, you can add it to your shopping cart by first: selecting the quantity and weight(applied for cakes only), thus clicking on 'Add to cart' once you see pastry that you like.
- To remove an item, click on 'Remove this item', a cross icon located at the left hand side under the cart.
- To amend the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the 'Quantity' column and click on 'Update Basket'.
- To review the items in your cart, simply click on the 'Cart' icon located at the top right of the page.

2 When you are ready to checkout:
- If you have an applicable 'Coupon Code', enter it and click on 'Apply Coupon'. The total price will be updated with the discount.
- When you are happy with the selections in your cart: double check the items and their quantities and click on 'Secure Checkout'. Your order summary will thus appear for your review.

3 What are the payment methods available?
Shop with ease and peace of mind. You can make iPay88 online payment via bank transfer with either:

4**I need to cancel or change my order, how can I do this?
​No online order cancellation or amendment is allowed once payment made. Refund is not applicable due to the system restriction.  However, customer is allowed to amend order collection/delivery date to another date within a month via email to [email protected] within 30 minutes after payment is made.


Online orders would require a min. of (3) to (5) working days upon payment
Note : Any order placed without a min. (3) to (5) working days period,
            Bread History Sdn Bhd will not be liable no bare the cost for the order.
It is understood that our website would allow customers to place an order on the day itself.
We are working on solving and making user experience much easier for our customer.
(example : 1st of Jan 2019 place order and collect 1st Jan 2019)
